Maine Public Employees Retirement System (MainePERS) administers Retirement Plans, Group Life Insurance, and Disability Retirement benefits to eligible employees.

Be Aware of Marketing Contacts Referencing MainePERS

People nearing retirement are attractive to marketing firms who get a fee for referrals to businesses offering retirement products.  These marketing firms may even mention your MainePERS membership when contacting you about your retirement funds.

MainePERS has no association with these marketing firms. MainePERS will never send or participate in marketing emails or phone calls of any kind. Please take all of the precautions you would with anyone contacting you to sell you financial products, and remember to always check all unsolicited email or phone calls for fraud.
