	Please note that the one time filing fee currently in effect is $250.00 and must accompany an order when submitted for review. Only one filing fee is required for each domestic relations order. It is important that you send the original, true and attested copy signed by the Clerk of The Court, not a photo-static copy of a certified copy, when submitting a domestic relations order for qualification.
