Directions to MainePERS
Located in Augusta, the Maine Public Employees Retirement System
offices are in the large, blue tile and glass building
on the corner of Capitol and Sewall Streets.
FROM THE MAINE TURNPIKE (Interstate 95):
Traveling North on Interstate 95, take Exit 109; or
traveling South, take Exit 109-A, onto Western Avenue (Route 202).
Heading
east approximately 1 mile, turn right onto Sewall Street.
About one tenth of a mile on your right is the MainePERS
parking lot. Parking is available in this lot or in the free
public parking garage across the street.
FROM HALLOWELL:
Traveling North on Route 201 North to Augusta, turn left
onto Capitol Street (between the State House and the Blaine
House Governor's mansion). Proceed to the traffic
light at the corner of Capitol and Sewall Streets and turn
right. The parking garage will be on the right and MainePERS
on left). Parking is available in the MainePERS parking lot
or in the free public parking garage across the street.
FROM EAST OF AUGUSTA:
Take Routes ME-9, ME-17 or ME-3 to Augusta, following the
signs to the State House area. From Memorial Circle ,
proceed straight onto Western Avenue (Route U.S. 202), turn
left onto Sewall Street. About one tenth of a mile on
your right is the MainePERS parking lot. Parking is
available in this lot or in the free public parking garage
across the street. |
