new telephone system beginning on May 13
th

We are pleased because we are improving our service to you.

We will still be answering your call as soon as possible, just as we do today.

The difference is that we can now provide you with additional options
for getting some of your questions answered conveniently and quickly.

It’s always good to have a back-up plan, and our transition to the new phone system is no exception.  On May 13th, our phone system will be unavailable after 5 p.m. for several hours.
If you are calling after normal business hours, and do not connect with our voicemail,
please try again later or call during normal business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) on May 14th.

If you have difficulty reaching us by telephone on or after May 14th,
and need immediate assistance, please e-mail reception@mainepers.org
and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

We want our phone system to be helpful to you.

Please feel free to share any thoughts you may have for improvement.

You can leave your comments by e-mailing us at phonefeedback@mainepers.org.

We look forward to your next call!
