Location & Directions

FROM THE MAINE TURNPIKE (Interstate 95): Traveling North on Interstate 95, take Exit 109; or traveling South, take Exit 109-A, onto Western Avenue (Route 202). Heading east approximately a half mile, turn right onto Armory Street. Head South on Armory Street. At the slight left, Armory Street turns into Capitol Street. Travel approximately 0.4 miles. MainePERS is located on the corner of Capitol and Florence Streets. Take a left onto Florence Street and an immediate right into the MainePERS parking lot.

FROM HALLOWELL: Traveling North on Route 201 North to Augusta, turn left onto Capitol Street (between the State House and the Blaine House Governor’s mansion).  Proceed to the traffic light at the corner of Capitol and Sewall Streets and continue on up the hill for approximately 0.2 miles. MainePERS is located on the corner of Capitol and Florence Streets. Take a right onto Florence Street and an immediate right into the MainePERS parking lot.

FROM EAST OF AUGUSTA: Take Routes ME-9, ME-17 or ME-3 to Augusta, following the signs to the State House area. From Memorial Circle, proceed onto State Street, turn right onto Capitol Street (between the State House and the Blaine House Governor’s mansion). Proceed to the traffic light at the corner of Capitol and Sewall Streets and continue on up the hill for approximately .02 miles. MainePERS is located on the corner of Capitol and Florence Streets. Take a right onto Florence Street and an immediate right into the MainePERS parking lot.
